Issue regarding Flipkart.com

During this BBD sale i ordered some products and after waiting till delivery date my orders got cancelled and for the same i complained to Flipkart and they issued me a gift card as compensation for inconvenience faced and that after a long series of complaint with their customer team and now today i.e on **th october i am surprised to check my Flipkart Account has been blocked. This is unjust and unfair.My account has been blocked. Why? Because i raised my voice against seller's monopoly of whether he wants to deliver the product or not and as a result my account has been blocked. They are just harrasing and abusing their power. I had around ****rs as gift card and *** supercoins and they have blocked my account and i cant use that amount. This is a clear case of unwanted harrasment of customer by Flipkart team.I have complained multiple times to their support team and on NCH also first they barely reply and secondly they told that due to your return request, their system found high no of returns thats why they blocked my account but in reality i haven't placed any return request recently and there are only a few returns during last *-* years that i have been using Flipkart. They are forcibly closing every complaint that i make by saying high no of returns. I am asking them to state the figure of my returns and check whether they are high or not. This is false information and they are using their power to their advantage. There are no such high no of returns that they keep on saying. If there are, state the no then. Also i want to use my ****rs which they are restricting me to use by blocked my account unnecessarily. It isn't fair at all. Also i am a Flipkart plus member and this is how they treat their customers by ignoring and sending same spam mails everytime and not contacting to customer on call and using irrelevant inappropriate reason. They reply on NCH only and i cant cross question them.


Screenshots in pdf file are the replies that i received from their team for the complaint i made on NCH with docket no *******,*******. They aren't replying to my mail id and instead they are replying on NCH website and closing the ticket forcibly. I cannot ask them questions as on NCH there is no option for reply to their mail. Once for the ticket they respond, without any further information they close the ticket. And i am forced to complain again and they reply with same statement again and again. Just state the no of returns for my account. I am tired of this process. They don't respond at all and false information is provided by them and they are blocking the account without any reasonable cause. They initially told me acc got blocked because of my recent return request which has been cancelled post verification but i haven't initiated any return request recently. Now they told me that my purchase suggest that they are not for personal. They are contradicting their own statements which clearly depicts they have intentionally blocked my account without any reason. They are forcibly imposing the return statement and getting away from this issue and now they are stating not for personal use reason which is totally different from previous reason.
