Paytmmall.com - Account blocked and pathetic customer service

Dear executives at Voxya
I have to raise voice against paytmmall customer care. Paytmmall has blocked my full KYC account on **-*-**** in improper manner without any reason. I complained regarding this on their customer care/facebook page/Twitter Handle several times but every time they are replying a same copy-paste message that they have blocked my account for abusing their policies. I have gone through all of their policies and not found any single point that i have voilated in best of my knowledge. I asked them to tell me the particular point that they beleive i have voilated but despite of my several complaints neither they are giving any satisfactorry answer nor restoring my account as they said earlier it's a temporary restriction. Complaining on paytm customer care is just like 'भैस के आगे बीन बजाना' .
If there is an issue with any policy or rule then should not be it first notify to the customer before blocking account?
Not even mine thousands of accounts have been blocked by paytmmall in this manner.(See reviews of their app on google play). Were all of them abusing their policies (not even clear yet which kind of policies.)??????
Also there is no guideline on their app clearly indicating their policies abusing of which accounts are blocking.
So i have to raise a voice through your site against such type of people who frustrate and do not care their customer at all.
