Voltas - AC not working

As purchased new Volta's inverter ac on dated **-**-**** but it is not working. It is not able to cool room size **×** sq ft and also complaint logged for this with the company with a complaint no: ***********. They visited and also they agreed that product quality is not effective but they had closed my complaint without giving any conclusion/ solution. I need help as my product cost is *****/- and got stuck my money there for the bad product delivered.
