Samsung Ac - AC not being fixed by company service provider

AC not being fixed by the service provider (Samsung AC) despite being under free service and the repair person is falsely claiming **** rupees of charges saying “have to change some parts” but my AC is still under warranty period & the seller denied any warranty saying that charges were compulsory. Despite me having all the warranty cards and he’s also been very rude. I’m here in my village for ** days in the scorching heat. I along with my wife and pet dog are panting in this intense heat and this AC provider has mentally harassed me. I demand strict and immediate action against the service provider and also this middle man who claims to be Samsung representative. His name is Danish and his phone number is **********.
