Honda Cars India Limited - AC Cooling Issue under Warranty

I am Jigar Bhav from Bharuch. I Purchased Honda WR-V Diesel Top Model from "Shree Gopinathji Cars Pvt Ltd" , Nr Atithi Resort NH No.*.

I was having an issue with AC Cooling in my Honda WRV. I complaint to Showroom regarding fixing this issue, they took around a week to solve my problem and deliver my car saying that it is resolved.

The next day onwards the problem was same as it was, AC Cooling was not working atall. I again visit to showroom for the same, This time they told me that the car had an accident from bumper side, and due to this it will not covered under warranty.

The first thing is, my car never had an accident , if they were sure about this, how come they tried to solved problem first time, and after delivery from service center, the next day they told it was an accident issue. Gopinathji Showroom has totally unprofessional and unemployed staff, they dont have enough ethics about how to talk with customers, they talk too badly, Honda Cars should be aware about this issue.

I have small scratches on bumpers, they just made this an issue and told me that it had an accident. There is not accident issue atall.
