I have ordered a bronze navy blue shrug on *th July and order number is *********************.The order status given as delivered on **th July but I didn't get the product yet.IActually due to some personal reasons I was unable to check the order status and I only know it about after a few days.I raised my problem in customer care but didn't get a positive response.so kindly refund my money or try to get my product which I didn't received.I lost *** rupees in the purchase and didn't get the product.The date of delivery was given as **rd July antd upto **th July I had got updates on product but after that I didn't get any update even about delivery.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
