Vasan Dental Care - Abandoned and mistreated invisible aligner treatment

I paid in full for the Invisible aligner treatment with Vasan Dental Care (Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad) in January **** (more than * years ago). It started with us receiving the aligner sets with * months of delay from what was initially promised and ended abruptly without further aligner sets to complete the treatment. I followed up for more than * months to only learn that they can no more supply the aligners/treatment as promised. I have been communicating with their financial head and Hyderabad regional manager for a refund, but all in vain. My teeth were even more distorted than they were at the beginning and I ended up paying (even more) to Smile Direct Club to start over the treatment again. I had to suffer physically and emotionally in following up and having to deal with incomplete treatment. I am attaching all the necessary documentation. Please help.
