Vasan Dental Care - Incomplete Poor Services and Staff at Vasan Dental Care (HRBR Layout, Bengaluru)

We commenced the treatment for my daughter "Nuthana" at "Vasan Dental Care" (HRBR Layout, Bengaluru) to get her teeth aligned based on the suggestion given by their in-house doctor/orthodontist. The treatment was commenced on **/**/****, the total cost for the treatment mentioned was Rs.*****+****(for retainers) = Rs.*****/-.
Though the money was paid monthly and the appointment with treatment was supposed to be for a period of ** months, we noticed that Dr.Rajat was irregular and was not available at the clinic as per the appointment scheduled, thus hampering the continuity of Nuthana's treatment.

This has resulted in the incisors teeth to protrude and causing discomfort to my daughter, so it was also understood that Dr.Rajat had moved out of Vasan Dental Care leaving patients like us untreated, Dr.Saini who had replaced Dr.Rajat was of the opinion that the treatment done by the previous doctor was not satisfactory and advised us to redo the treatment and he would give us a quote for the same. Dr.Saini's approach was very rude and unprofessional.

When we approached Dr.Chetan (Director, Vasan Dental Care(HRBR Unit)) with our grievances and feedbacks given by Dr.Saini, his approach was very casual and said he would look into that and inform us accordingly. We waited for a week for his call and since there was no response, we met him at the clinic and requested him to hand over the photocopies of medical records to pursue the treatment at a different and reputed clinic.

Dr.Chetan was apologetic and mentioned that he would refund the money that was paid, in two working days, however, when we approached him as per the timeline he directed us to Mr.Ramana (Admin Manager) at Vasan Dental Care. Mr.Ramana confirmed that he was working on the refund process and would revert in a week’s time, when we called him after a week he directed us to Dr.Balaji (Regional Director, Vasan Dental Care) however, when we tried calling Dr.Balaji, there was no response to our calls, WhatsApp messages/e-mails.

When we approached Dr.Chetan and Mr.Ramana again they assured to find a solution in a couple of days. Since the response to calls, e-mails and WhatsApp messages from all three team members was low we filed a petition at that jurisdiction police station. The pain and agony that we have gone through have been immense, even my daughter has been going through the pain because of the retainers are still not removed.

I want compensation for:
*. The pain that we had to undergo.
*. Our time wasted
*. Medical Records. (not maintained)
*. The entire refund of the money paid.
