We have opted for Aakash Byjus **th Grade foundation Live and Streaming **** and completed required formalities on **th March **** based on the agreement for ** days trail period for live classes.
But the live classes started late, and my kid attended classed for ** days and request has been sent for cancellation by mail and by calling customer care.
Follow-up done in many ways since many days like requesting by mail, by customer center, and by visiting the branch office but they are not accepting the cancelation by giving the reason as the trail period starts from the date of delivery of tab but not for the live classes.
Going through lot of pain and spent lot of time in requesting cancelation.
