I had purchase a * years course for my son on dated **-July-**** from Byju's Think & learn which was worth Rs, ****** .Then i converted this amount in to ** months EMI. But we did not received Student enrolled number (PSID) i had cancelled the course by mail and through customer care. After cancelation its being
months past, i have raised complain & requests so many times to refund my money but no result till now.
