Airtel Bharti - 3 k deposit NOT returned plus 2000 rupees for mental stress

My Landline *** ******** was cancelled back in June ****
here's some airtel email responses
after they notify me of cancelation and deposit return:

This is in reference to your email requesting to stop airtel services for your airtel account number **********.
The security deposit of Rs. ****/- will be automatically adjusted towards pending balance in the account (if any) or refunded through cheque within ** days.

Further, kindly note that there is no outstanding amount reflecting in your account."

To whom it may concern
When a customer cancels his landline WIFI as I did in June ****
Airtel will have an engineer will call teh customer, which happen to me,
the Airtel engineer told me that he will cancel this landline and refund will be return in ** days.
It is now Sept **, **** and no refund.
Please help in returning my full *k refund from my
old landline account which I closed months ago.
