Hdfc credit card charged a processing fee of **% (***) plus Gst on an emi conversion of Rs **** and disguised the charges under a separate t&c link that probability had **** words terms... Unlike other bank they hid the pf in t&c and upon complaint they continue to justify this unethical charge... I have not seen such deceitful bank... The pf charges for all other credit cards range between * to *% but this bank has been justifying this unfair charge... Even their relationship manager on call said we don't charge more than *% or Rs *** max, obviously their own staff is not sure what their bank will charge and cheat a customer...
