This matter is about the issue I'm having with the return request I made.
I returned the product on February **th, but the app still shows the status as Return requested.
I already had returned product on Feb **th, and I contacted customer service about * times in a month, and they said the problem would be resolved within ** hours.
I also followed up with the delivery executive, and attached is the receipt he shared, indicating that the product had already been delivered to the sub-shipper.
FYI, I did not receive any message or email that the product had been picked up, and when I inquired with the delivery executive, he stated that it could be a system issue.
I'm tired of the constant follow-up and would like to see this issue resolved as soon as possible.
I would need a proper ETA for the resolution of this matter so that i can proceed with next steps.
