I initiated a refund request for my security deposit of ₹**,*** three months ago. Despite providing all necessary proof and following up multiple times, I have yet to receive the funds in my account. Additionally, I submitted a new ticket regarding this issue, but it is not visible in the HelloWorld app. The lack of communication and resolution has caused significant frustration and inconvenience. I request immediate assistance in processing my refund and addressing the delay.
