I have ordered five fans (Luminous Morpheus **** mm * Blades Brown Ceiling Fan) from the Industry Buying www.industrybuying.com
However, I have received only one fan. They shipped this item through Fex.
Fedx bill clearly shows that they have shipped only one fan, because the weight of the shipped parcel is ** kg (i.e., one ceiling fan weight ) instead of ** kg.
I have conveyed to Industry Buying that, I have received only one fan instead of five fans on *th July ****.
They acknowledge that and communicated me to that "we are working on your complaint. It will be resolved in one or two business days".
This is something like an Auto responder email which was sent , once I sent a reminder email to the Industry Buying team.
Till now, I have not received either the missed four fans or the amount refunded to my account.
I have been waiting for ** days so far.
