Skill lync - Disappointing Experience with Skill Lync Issues with Policies and Customer Support

I enrolled in Skill Lync's course in November ****, expecting to receive high-quality instruction and support. However, my experience with Skill Lync has been disappointing due to several issues with their policies and customer support.
One of the main issues is with their cancellation policy. While the terms and conditions state that the course can be cancelled and the user can opt out, customer support claims that cancellation is not possible. This lack of clarity is frustrating and leaves customers uncertain about their options. Additionally, Skill Lync provides no clear way to contact senior members or the grievance officer, and even if one manages to reach them, they are often ignored and disconnected. Skill Lync only shares details over the phone and not in writing, making it difficult to keep track of conversations.
Another issue is that Skill Lync changed its policies without informing its customers. For example, one-on-one classes were removed, and there were changes in grading policies. The course content and videos are lacking in quality and do not meet the expectations for the high cost of the course. Grievance redressal takes an excessive amount of time, and customer support is unhelpful. Additionally, Skill Lync's advertisements deliberately conceal important information about cancellation, leading to misleading promotions.
Overall, Skill Lync's product/service is deficient, imperfect, and inadequate in its quality, nature, and manner of performance. Therefore, I seek immediate cancellation of the course and a rest of the fees/loan amount. I want immediate cancellation of the remaining EMI's as I don't want to pursue the course further . Cancelling the course is possible, and Skill Lync should take prompt action to ensure that the resolution sought is implemented without delay.
