- Aastha Channel not coming and suddenly debit of Rs 200 Closed
On my Email Request for Aastha Channel not coming , Please confirm following
*. Was there email revert ,saying there will be chargeable Mechanic Visit ------ NO
*.Did Service Centre Incharge Mr.Amol or Mechanic laxman did tell me on phone before coming that it will be chargeable visit ---- NO
*.Did Service Mechanic Laxman told us on knowcking the door or starting TV set that hat it will be chargeable visit --- NO
Then How come suddenly Rs.*** Debit SMS Comes and then TV is off due to less balance as it was debited without my confirmation
I did speak to Divya Chohan [Gujarati speaking] on Your call centre number ********** and she told me that withing ** minutes Your account will be restored
I request to take this seriously and immediately restore my account balance alongwith services.Please start channels
