Tikona Broadband – Today will connect the new connection he said first time u get 10 mbps speed another u get 25 Mbps s

Sir can I get new broadband connection for tikkona 13/06/20 he said first time 10 mbps speed next week will 25 Mbps speed but still zero mbps speed please resolve my problem
