mivi duo red colour – Stopped working in 8 days and plus i have mailed them since 6 july still they didnt reply

They are not replying on mail i had ordered it from flipcart and it had 7 days return policy but Mivi claimed one year warranty and it stopped working on 8th day I just want my money back
