Isp Complaints

The invention of Internet has made life easy. Everything now is just a click away. Internet was invented in the early 1980s by Robert E. Khan and Vint Cerf. We can now use the Internet to communicate with people 1000s of miles away. It is no longer seen as a luxury rather a necessity. It has made its way in the daily routine of a human being. It has both its advantages and disadvantages but its advantages far outweigh the disadvantages. India has the second largest number of Internet users after China. Some of the major features of the internet include world wide web, email, news, telnet etc. The Internet service provider (ISP) is an organization that has been entitled with providing the internet. The most famous Internet Service Providers in India include BSNL, MTNL, Airtel, Reliance, Hathway broadband etc. The most common ISPs complaints as reported by customer include no service provided, slow internet speed, service not activated, no refund provided etc. So how can an individual deal with broadband complaints? First and foremost it is essential to raise an issue at their customer care number. As there is stiff competition among all the Internet Service Providers therefore they value customer feedback and resolve most cases when complained upon immediately. Apart from raising your concern at their customer care number, every ISP has a grievance department as directed by the law. You can even file a complaint there or mail them at the id given. Most of the issues get resolved at this stage, however, if you complaint is still being ignored, the next best option would be filing a complaint at your nearest consumer forum. It is the least expensive option and you don’t even need a lawyer to process your case in the consumer forum. We at Voxya help in approaching the consumer forum by preparing the case documents.
