Home appliances or domestic appliances are the electrical/mechanical machines which help in household functions. They have now become a major component of our life. You can either call at their customer care number and ask for replacement or you can do it yourself through their mobile app. It is very easy to get a replacement for a defective home appliance if your product comes under guarantee, however, the real hassle begins when it dosen’t. Almost every company will not accept a product if it slightly scratched or broken as this comes under physical damage, which is not covered in either the guarantee or warranty. Your best bet in this case would be to send it for repairing at a local shop or their authorized service center. Almost every well known home appliance company has a service center in every city. This process usually takes around 2 weeks.
