2. Use Social Media:

3. Send a Legal Notice:
If the customer care executives are unwilling to resolve the complaint then the next best step would be to take legal action against the education company by sending legal notice. You should hire a lawyer to send a legal notice to them as sending notice on a letterhead of a professional lawyer is always a better option.
4. File a Consumer Case:
You should approach the consumer court / consumer forum if you do not get any resolution for your education complaint. If even after sending legal notice via advocate you are not getting any resolution then filing a cse in forum should be your goal. Consumer forum deals with consumer complaints and helps in getting justice if your rights as a consumer have been violated.
