However, many times the customer care executives refuse to help the customer much to the shock of the customer. So what can the consumer do in this case? It is to be noted that according to a new rule by TRAI, if the consumers witness bad/abusive behaviour by their DTH service provider, then they can report the incident to TRAI. You can call TRAI's at 0120-6898689 or mail them at firstname.lastname@example.org. Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) is the regulatory government body of telecommunications in India. If you still feel helpless, the next best option would be approaching your nearest consumer forum. The consumer forum is user friendly and is the least expensive option among others.
