నాయొక్క విన్నపం ఏమిటంటే నేను డిగ్రీ వరకు చదువుకున్నాను నేను ఒక పేదవాడిని. ఒక పక్క పేదరికం మరో పక్క చావక దుకాణం బియ్యంతో డైలీ అన్నం తిని ఏదో ఒక జాబు వస్తది అని ఆశతో డిగ్రీ వరకు చదివితే sc/st వాళ్ళకు *** , bc వాళ్ళకు ***. అంత ఫి ఎలా మేము కట్టగలం. ఒక వైపు జాబులో రిజర్వేసెన్ మరో విపు ఫీజు తగింపు , అది చలదన్నాటు కట్ ఆఫ్ మార్క్స్ లో తగింపు bcవాళ్ళ పరిస్తితి ఏమిటి సార్. మేము ఏమన్నా వాళ్ళకు రిజర్వేసన్ యివ్వవద్దు అన్నమా , కాని ఫీజు మాకు వాళ్ళకు సమానంగా పెటండి. మనం రాసుకున్న చట్టాలు బుక్ లో చదవటానికేన ఆచరించే అవసరం లేదా. sc/st లోనే పెదవాలు ఉన్నారా bc లో లేరా ఎందుకు మాపైన యింత చిన్న చూపు. *** కట్టమంటే మేము ఎలా కట్టగలం. చట్టం దృష్టిలో అందరు అమనులే అన్నారుగా మరి ఎందుకు యింత ఫీజు.
