Govt of Telangana - Troublesome U turns

Cross roads are to cross on to the otherside. Now in Hyderabad almost all cross roads are closed, giving U turns elsewhere, where there is neither traffic light nor traffic controlling police. Not only in Hyderabad, almost in every city, town and mandal levels cross roads are closed with barricades and given U turn somewhere else. I don't understand what it means cross roads now. Going all the way a *** to *** yards to take U turn is very difficult to every driver. While taking U turn, who has to control the vehicles coming from the otherside is unknown. Sometimes one from one side, another from another come almost dashing each other. The Govt of Telangana (R& B Department, HUDA, RTA, Traffic Police and Metrol Railways should answer all the traffic U/S *(*)(d)(i) of the Consumer Act. My vehicle got jammed near a metro railway pillar in Sec'bad, for the heavy delay and mental strain I had to lose ** lakhs business on that day. I seek the Consumer Forum to help me claim Rs. ** lakhs toward the loss.
