GOURANSHI filed complaint against zudio on Jul 21, 2024
today i went to a Zudio in Jalandhar and made a purchase worth of **** rupees yet after paying it online they said they didn't receive the payment. I hadn't gotten any refund or my purchase back yet the amount was deducted even after conversing with the store manager they were not ready to refund or give my purchase back yet told me to wait for ** hours. Even then if my money was not refunded they said I would need to wait for * days this has to be a ridiculous waiting time when the money is already deducted and we can't have anything....
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
