Yesterday, I visited to Zudio Store at sohna( Gurugram) and purchased some but bill counter men said if you need carry bag then you need to pay extra charge for Carry bag.
If we are purchasing something from store which worth values in some thousands of rupees why we should pay extra for small carry bag it’s right of consumer to get bag when we are buying something… I have visited other stores of zudio as well but they never charge any money but first time I experienced this feeling worst experience!
