zoomshop - ZOOMSHOP DELIVERED DUMMY KEYPAD PHONE

Dear Voxya Team,
I have been cheated by an online shopping site named www.zoomshop.co.in. I paid Rs.****/- to buy a branded refurnished mobile i.e Realme * pro on dated : **-**-**** and this fraud merchant delivered a duummy chinese keypad mobile worth Rs.***/- When I immediately informed they refused to refund my money by saying it was a luck by sale and we have delivered a feature phone of same value of ****/-
Please Please please help to get refund money from this fraudulent company. I have all communication and payment proofs.
