zoomshop - order placed 15 days ago but still not received any single update from zoomshop

I have placed the order of realme phone (Rs.****/-) on **/**/**** but till date i have not received any update from zoomshop about my order status(Order no. ****). please help me to either get my ordered product or arrange to get my refund back.
