I have cancelled my Zoomcar booking on Nov **, **** and its been more than ** days now and still I didn't recieve my refund. When contacted with their support team via phone, they tell that within ** hours the refund will be processed but which is a big lie and this continues every time I call their support team.
I have also tried mailing them but some AI ( Artificial Intelligence) is randomly replying to my mail.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
