Zoomcar India Pvt Ltd - Zoomcar is a fraud Cheating the customer

I have a reservation with Zoomcar, identified by booking ID JPSNOTU**. I made the full payment in advance, but due to unforeseen work commitments, I realized I wouldn't be able to use this booking. I intended to postpone it, but the postpone option in the Zoomcar app was intentionally disabled. According to Zoomcar's terms and conditions, customers can modify any booking up to * hours before the scheduled start time, as clearly stated.

I contacted Zoomcar's customer care via phone to request a postponement, but unfortunately, the Zoomcar executive denied my request, claiming that modifications can only be made * hours in advance. However, the documentation clearly indicates a *-hour window. Despite this, the executive refused to allow me to postpone my booking. Since I couldn't access the postpone option in the app and my request was denied, I submitted multiple requests, but they went unanswered. The booking time came and went, and I did not use the service, yet Zoomcar marked the booking as completed and charged me for it. I have emailed to explain the situation, but From zoomcar Mr. Subhan and Mr. Vince have been unprofessional and unable to address my concerns, simply closing my complaint tickets without resolving the issue.
