ZestMoney - zestmoney not refunded 3 emi amount

I have taken education loan from zest money for upgrad.com course which ******rs and apart from that i have paid same amount to upgrad.com directly after dec **** uprad.com change the course pattern and given false statement that i have requested to refund but upgrad.com taken too much time to refund the amount and they are not ready to refund but i have give details that i have requested refund as per your policy so refund the amount in that duration upgrad.com and me had alot of issue as they are not helping after few they have refunded the amount but which is not correct as per the policy

also they have cancelled the emi but as per the ZestMoney agreement this should not happened but hey still cancelled the emi without my any concerns also ZestMoney pre-closed the emi which support to cancelled (attached the screenshot which show the emi got pre closed )
also zest money supported to refund * emi which i have paid which is ***** rs (refunded *k as per the no cost emi agreement ) for * month
but they are saying that upgrad.com taken same amount for course free and same amount is for emi cancelled which is not correct as per the attached agreement

now zestmoney not refunding * emi amount which *****rs along with processing fee which is around *k
