It's the second-time zest money has hit ECS on a personal loan from zest money. Even after paying the EMI's before the due date, they imposed ECS. Firstly I talked to the bank, they are saying your loan provider Zestmoney is responsible and when I talked to ZestMoney, they say it's your bank debiting the amount.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
