I took an loan of INR ****** from ZestMoney and repaid all the EMIs on time and the loan was closed. But after sometime I came to know that my CIBIL and other credit report is still showing loan as active and they are also showing overdue EMIs. I approached ZestMoney on email about the issue but they did not respond for a month and then I called their customer care number and they registered my complaint. Now it's been more than * months and my CIBIL score is still falling but they aren't doing anything even though I call everyday. I need to take some personal loan for my sister's wedding but I can't untill they correct it. I also called their loan financing partner InCred and they told me they have reported correct data to CIBIL and haven't received the EMI payment from ZestMoney while I have already paid all my EMIs and the loan is closed in ZestMoney app.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
