Zest Money - Zest Money doesn t refund money

I had a couple of EMI going through Zest Money and it has been more than * months, they still haven't refunded my *****Rs. which they had deducted twice despite continually having conversations with them almost everyday over emails and chats, they only keep saying " sorry our concerned team is working on your issue and we'll get back to you once we hear from them". There's no way to know what's going on with my money, they don't even tell you what issue their concerned team is facing to refund the amount. I have literally lost all my patience with them. They'd given me ETA of *-* working days, * months ago. If someone can let me know how I can legally go about this, I'd be happy.
