Make My Trip - Zero Cancellation Fees

I have booked a flight from Delhi to Pune and Pune to Delhi from Make my trip for **th June to ** June for my entire family of ** PAX. I took the zero cancellation policy and specifically paid the ***** rupees for the policy. My total spent is ***** INR. Now, i want to cancel my ticket the Make my trip is not honoring the policy of zero cancellation. They say in current situation they will not refund my flight charges only thing they can refund is fees paid for the zero cancellation fees that is*****. Firstly, it is so difficult to connect with them and they then asked me to get in touch with airline and get the remark that flight will refund full amount. As per airline this is non refundable ticket for them and they cannot pass such remark. I am wasting my time and money both on such an unprofessional behavior. I understand in the period of Covid there may be force majeure but when the lock down is open this does not apply. Make my trip is using this clause for innocent customer to cheat them. I do not want to be cheated like this.
