Makemytrip cheated me in the name of Zero cancellation. I booked ticket or tomorrow **:** PM. I called them up at **:** PM today to cancel it, they intentionaly elapsed the time(just * minutes lapsed) and deducted Rs around ****.**.t when I told him to cancel he said just Rs **** will be deduced. They have not mentioned the policy clearly anywhwere. They are telling its my fault. I am attaching the call log and also the. Don't ever fall into the trap of these guys. just checkout the call log snashot attached for Booking ID: NF**************.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
