ON **th April'**, I have trasfered RS. xxxxx/- from my registered ICICI bank to Zebpay's Kotak Bank through IMPS mode but not credited in my account till yet. I have also raised a ticket on zebpay customer care on the same day through ticket no. ******. From that day to today, they are only giving contradictory replies. Request to you, please resolve my problem.
