I transferred Rs **,*** through IMPS from my registered account at Zebpay to their CBI account on April *th ****. Till now, the money is not reflecting in my Zebpay wallet. I have raised a complaint with them, and they asked me for details and bank statements. Everything has been provided, but since then, they have not replied at all. Still the money is not in my wallet or credited back to me.
This needs to be resolved asap!
