I, the complainant, respectfully submit as follows:
That I placed an order for sneakers on ** March **** through the Opposite Party’s platform, bearing Order ID #ZAYDN******.
That after placing the order, the Opposite Party delayed the shipment without providing any valid reason or proper communication.
That on ** March ****, the Opposite Party arbitrarily cancelled my order without my consent.
That despite cancellation, the Opposite Party has failed to initiate or process the refund amount till date.
That I have made repeated attempts to contact the Opposite Party via email and phone calls, but no response has been received.
That the actions of the Opposite Party amount to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, ****.
