I am writing regarding my shoe order placed approximately ** days ago. At the time of ordering, I was informed that the product would be delivered as scheduled. However, I was later notified that the shoe is out of stock and was asked to select an alternative product.
As per their request, I provided details for another shoe, but since then, I have not received any updates regarding my order. There has been no confirmation, tracking information, or communication about the status of the replacement.
I kindly request you to provide an immediate update on my order. If the product is still unavailable, please help me to proceed with a refund at the earliest.
