Aaina Kataria filed complaint against Zara Intidex on Feb 9, 2021
I had ordered a coat from Zara.com on **rd Jan ****. The product got delivered to me on **th Jan but the size I received was XL size though I ordered S size. After opening the product on **th Jan **** I immediatly complaint to Zara chat support and they asked me to create a return request choosing reason a wrong item. Same time I also posted the pics of the item received to Zara twitter support team. On **th Jan **** I received a response from twitter support that they have received approval from concerned team and I can return the product and refund will be generated once they receive the item. My product got picked by bluedart courier on **th Jan **** and reached Zara warehouse on *st Feb ****. When I enquired about my refund on *rd Feb **** on twitter support I received a response that my refund has been rejected as the item is different from what they had sent. I did multiple follow ups on daily basis but they have been denying my refund till date though at first they themself approved my return as I had complaint regarding incorrect size.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
