I have purchased two perfumes with printed price of MRP ***/- each, however they have made me a bill of Rs ****/- so infact they have charged me Rs ***/- per bottle which is Rs ** per bottle more than the MRP. On telling them to refund me my ** Rs they started fighting with me and telling me that their rates have changedinternally and they cant give me a refund. I told them to give me a new stock with ***/- as MRP price which also they are unable to do so. So they are selling old stock material at new prices which is totally illegal.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
