Yolo Bus - Yolo Bus travel Bus left without picking the customers which threatened the safety of the female pa

we booked yolo bus from their own website on *th September to travel from chilakaluripet to Bangalore. bus timing is *:**pm, we called to bus captain number which they provided on message and their customer care so many times but they didn't responded. then we written mail to their mail id still they didn't replied. we waiting till midnight *am there only in bus stop but no response from them. then we found the bus in next two days at bangaluru and asked them about our travel their response is horrible. we took their captain kishore number and called him about our refund. he checked all the details we have and told with in two days you will get refund but still we didn't get one rupee also and even that kishore not responding to our calls and messages. we just frustrated with this behavior's. we lost our time sleep and money. never recommend this yolo in my life.
