Hi, I attaching a screenshot with you. I booked a ticket on Saturday but my seat is not confirmed then I called to coustomer care no some girl is saying that we will provide refund but refund is not initiated yet. I want to know what is the problem. And no one is responding in call or email. My contact no is **********.
