Yesterday, I ordered pizza from La pinoz via SWIGGY APP. I was delivered a spilled and mishandled pizza and spilled chocolava. The cheese and topping of the pizza was stuck to the cardboard package. I immediately chatted with Swiggy help support but they just sent me an email saying they will look into it in *-**hrs. What’s the purpose of the food complaint then when SWIGGY will take hours to respond. I couldn’t eat it. My money was wasted. And I want full refund back for this inconvenience. They are Dayi they can’t refund the money even after I immediately sent the photos as the proof.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
