Amrit pal singh saluja filed complaint against Yatra Com on May 7, 2021
As per the indigo airlines my flight got cancelled on **th April **** and indigo airlines has initiated the complete refund from their side as I have the screenshots for the same and the airlines asked me to check from the site from where I booked the tickets. Then I completeted the process for refund on yatra com portal but they are not replying when contacted on their support mail ID and not refunding the money.
Request you to file the case against them so that they can refund my complete money.
For the reference I am attaching the refund initiated from the indigo airlines.
