Akhilesh Kumar Rai filed complaint against Airtel on Dec 18, 2020
Xstream Executive by name of Karan from V* Global Services with Emp. ID V*/****** (ID attached here with) distributed pamphlets in my locality claiming to provide Airtel Xstream Fiber Connections. Upon my inquiry about services, he assured me that my area is under service cover of Xstream and he came for KYC showing his ID card.
I booked my connection on his strong hard selling request and made payment of ₹**** via Payment link generated by Airtel and sent to my registered mobile number on **/**/****. Transaction reference number for the same is **********. I am attaching the screenshot of the same here with.
Problem started when it came time for installation. As many as * technicians called from Airtel and confirmed that Xstream services are not yet live on my location. Upon calling the above-mentioned employee who is working for Airtel is now either not answering my calls or making some new stories.
My patience exhausted when I tried to call Airtel customer care but there is no in person call attendant available and IVR sent me link to raise the issue via Airtel App. I tried that too, but it was even more pathetic and is constantly displaying message of something broken so not able to take the request.
Lastly, I wrote a mail at ***@in.airtel.com but still no resolution.
