Xpress Bees - Xpressbees Nondelivery of consignment but showing delivered False order history generation

On **th April ****, Mr Ajay Jumani, owner of Shree Krishna Crystals, Mumbai, despatched crystal products worth around Rs. **** to my residence at Patna through Xpressbees. Shipping Id: **************.

I never received the consignment. Upon following up with Mr. Jumani, he shared the order history (enclosed) that mentioned that the order had been delivered to the customer on **th April ****.

This is just not possible, as due to a family bereavement, my entire family left for Delhi in the early hours of **th April ****.

Despite repeated follow-ups with Xpressbees about the person to whom the consignment was delivered to, Mr. Jumani has not received a response.

This is highly irresponsible behaviour on the part of Xpressbees and has resulted in the mental harassment of both myself and Mr. Jumani.

I request you to please facilitate the early delivery of my product.
