Xpress Bees - Misbehaviour of Delivery Woman

***************, this is my tracking number, myself Archana Murukesh from pachalloor, trivandrum, Kerala, I have faced a worst experience from one of your delivery staffs of Xpress bees named Saritha. I have placed order for a product from meesho and I have to cancel the same due to some reasons as I was not at home. Three days back, such an situation happened and I have made payment through UPI to the same person. But this tym, before contacting me she went directly to my home. I was not updated through messages that the product will be delivered today and I asked her to cancel. She forced my sister and my grandmother to pay for the courrier even though I asked her to cancel as I couldn't do the same on the app. She said she wouldn't delivery any of our courriers arriving at her hub and talked rubbish about me to my grandmother and sister. Is this the way to behave?? Worst experience ever. I have got my products from meesho cancelled by delhivery, ekart and many such courrier faculty and she was so arrogant enough! Very bad service! I have her voice recording and screenshot that the product was in shipped status and not out for delivery. Im also attaching the necessary details below.
